Maintenance Timings for TrueData Velocity

TrueData Velocity - New Master Files are updated. You just need to Restart Velocity every Trading day post 8 am and check that the "Date Modified" of the two Master Files downloaded, should be of the current Trading day. |

TrueData Velocity Server Maintenance (Activity would be carried out & completed at any time within this period) |
1) Every Trading Weekday - From 09:00 am to 9:15 am - For NSE - Trading Date reset & Previous days Last cached Values (Snap Quotes) would not be sent. You would get the next Snap quotes on the market start.
2) Every Saturday - During maintenance, you could get responses like:-
- Masters cannot be downloaded
- Invalid Logout Response
- Invalid Login
- Velocity does not connect to Historical or Real-Time Servers
- You may not able to load historical data, etc.
- Real Time / Snapshot Quote / Market watch may not be visible
3) Services would return to normal post these Maintenance Timings
