What's the symbol to be used for xyz123 ?

With Velocity 2.0, we have made the process of finding the symbol very easy.
All you need to do is to open the Velocity 2.0 front end and untick on 'Show Active Symbols only.'
Once you do that you will be able to see all the symbols (> 50,000+ ) available in Velocity 2.0. All including symbols for NinjaTrader 7 & 8 and also Metastock specific symbols (limited to 14 letters).
Now start typing the symbol name or company name in the Search bar on top and you will see the complete list of symbols matching the name entered in the search bar.
Activate the symbols by ticking in the small square on the left or by selecting the symbol and clicking on 'Activate'.
For Metastock users and for Velocity 1.0 users, you need to go through or understand the symbol creation rules for TrueData Velocity 1.0
