TrueData not showing Open Interest (OI Data)

Not a Problem

I have TrueData Velocity Optima Plus subscription, but data issues from Truedata continue to be a handicap.

I have noticed that Open Interest(OI) not available - see the screenshot. Calls to Support result only in excuses.

As my trading strategy depends on data, serious flaws every other day is very discouraging.

We provide Open Interest for all 60,000 symbols including all futures and options. Please drag the Open Interest (Default AFL) to the main chart or create a secondary pane for the same.
I am sending you a screenshot of the same.
Please note:- That if you have selected the esignal plugin then Open Interest will not come as the esignal plugin does not allow Open Interest. You have to have selected the TrueData plugin in database settings.

If you are not seeing the TrueData Plugin then the plugin has not been installed in the Amibroker path during start.
The plugins (2 files) are also available in the TrueData Velocity folder.

Do you provide OI data tick by tick? What is the smallest interval when the OI data starts?

Yes! We provide tick by tick Open Interest data and as provided by the exchange.

MCX provides Open Interest Data every 1 second.

NSE provides Open Interest data every 2:45 to 3:00 minutes.
