Why the live chart data stuck for a while ( for 10 to 20 seconds) and then resumes again? It happens with me every day while using NSE Cash segment. I am using Ninja Trader 8. Also your live data updates too slow while i compare it with Nest Trader.
Seems i will have to seek alternate quality data service provider.
Not only there is not a word of regret..over and above today also same problem occurred...worst part is there is no intimation....repeated buzz s on chat window are closed...
Even worst is the rectification...after end of day also..backfill is not automatic..every symbol is to be opened and backfill is to be forced...taken 2 hrs each of these days....are u professional service provider? you are charging most premium in the market and giving this kind of service.....really feeling sorry for your service....

Yes, as mentioned earlier, we had an issue with our provider which has now been identified. We have resolved the issue and are in the process of upgrading our server-side software to add new functionality.
As of today, all is working fine.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to all of you. As mentioned earlier & on Twitter, we had an issue with our provider which has now been identified. We have resolved the issue and are in the process of upgrading our server-side software to add new functionality. Over the next 2-3 months we are also upgrading our entire set up and server-side application to ensure such instances are not repeated.
As of today, all is working fine and all the history has been backfilled and made available for you on the server.

All volume spikes have now been corrected, Please backfill your data and check, Make sure your old data is overwritten.
We have now solved the backfill issue & all the spikes have been removed. If you backfill your charts you will find them all corrected. Also, we have updated the server for new improvements and removed a lot of bugs.
We are also in the process of moving away from CDP India and finally getting our feed from NSE. You will see this implement in the next 2 months. After that, we will have a lot of improvements lined up and you will see continuous improvements along the way.
Our support team tries its best to respond to everyone but on days when we have some issues it is just not possible to attend to everyone as we are flooded with calls, chats, emails etc.. We still try to connect with each and everyone.
I assure you that our services will from here on only keep getting better and better. We are working towards that.
