NT7 velocity connection Errors

Hello,

Unable to connect to Ninjatrader 7 with Velocity 2.0, despite several attempts, and a buzz to your representative, who ate time, and couldn't fix the issue and weirdly disconnected the session without much info, could you help resolve this issue on priority ? I am unable to use this thingy now.
