Ninja Trader 7 goes into Saving mode while Downloading History

The issue is regarding the History downloading in Ninja trader 7.
When we try to download the history, using the History down-loader in Ninja Trader 7, (selecting all the options) Ninja Trader 7 goes into saving mode and needs to be restarted.
There is a work around but it is cumbersome. This is by requesting the history one by one.
Please check the same & let us know.
We are trying to find why this problem was happening. The data flows seamlessly but Ninja is going into Saving mode. This has to do with some changes with Ninja which we are trying to asertain.

We are working on a newer integration method with Ninja, which should help you solve this issue.
However, this will take some time to implement & we cannot give you a time line for the implementation, because we do not know the number of hurdles which we could encounter.
