Sir i am a subscriber of your velocity optima service. From more than a week i am facing problem in Tick data and informed it to online support team.I have also subscribed to your TICK DATA Add on package. I am not getting tick data properly.

Today also missing data from 10 AM to 1.40 PM during market hour. I am attaching files for your reference.

kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

The way to handle Tick data is like this :-

  • Open the Velocity front end
  • Right Click on any symbol and click 'Update From Feed'
  • Select the symbol, date Range & Tick.
  • Allow Velocity to pull the Tick data from the server.
  • Once done, now go to your NinjaTrader7 Chart & 'Reload Historical data'
  • All the data will be there.
