Historical tick data download

I use ninjatrader 7.I have imported continuous futures symbol list uploaded by you.(attached plz check)
There seems to be some problem with tick data download ,I tried to download all symbols data in the list with historical data manager in ninjatrader7.I could download only EOD and IEOD data but was not able to download tick data ,for all symbols for last 10 days ( I have subscribed to 10 days tick data addon).Tick Data for lots of symbols could not be downloaded.if downloaded it is not for all last 10 days(from date 5/10/15 to 16/10/15)

We have checked this at our end and are able to get up to 20 days of tick data easily. Please recheck settings etc.. at your end.
I am sure you are aware that the tick data download does take much more time than normal to download.

We have updated most of the symbols.
Please let us know the specific symbols / date ranges where you are facing issues.

check attached file I have copied symbols from C:\Program Files\TrueData\TrueData Velocity\1.NMaster1.txt (For all symbols. For Continuos futures open 1.NMaster2.txt)
