Error while applying Indicator

As discussed , I am facing problem with applying Indicator.This indicator is used by many and is working for all markets except when i use True data for Indian market.Below is the error

We use the API which has been provided by the NinjaTrader8 team. With this API the data flow is smooth and all integrated NinjaTrader8 indicators are working fine. I can also confirm that Fin-alg.com and bell TPO Market Profile & Order Flow indicators are working without any issues with our data feed.
We have intimated the NinajTrader8 team, and they say that if all the integral indicators are working, then the indicator provider must check his indicator for the errors that are being generated. So, you may need to approach the indicator provider for the solution, while we also get in touch with Ninja to try and check if this has anything to do with the API.
However, there is another way around. Please try this, till a solution can be found by your indicator provider, Ninaj Trader or by us:-
1) Make sure that TrueData is configured to NOT autostart when Ninjatrader8 starts. (Untick the option in MyTrueData)
2) Open any saved chart which is already available in your NinjaTrader8.
3) Now load this indicator.
4) Once the indicator is loaded, please connect the data feed - TrueData in connections.
You should be able to use the indicator.
This is a temporary solution and we will look to see if a permanent solution can be obtained after connecting with all the parties involved.
