Cannot access Velocity 2.0

Not a Problem

I installed velocity 2.0 & then proceeded to enter the login details provided in the mail. A dialogue box pops up saying "This Computer is not authorized. Please contact support". Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as I am on a trial licence.

Such issues come if you are shifting to a new machine or have entered your login details incorrectly. So in case of any of these issues, you would need t contact our support.

very bad experience. got first trial id but after put credential says "ur dataservice expired" and it sud be from server end. incorrect id or password given

Reasons for data service expired message :-

1) You entered wrong login id. You may have put invisible spaces , before and after the login id.

2) You entered wrong password. You may have put invisible spaces , before and after the password.

3) You entered wrong Host IP.

4) Your firewall (Software or Hardware) does not allow Velocity to connect,

5) Admin rights have not been given to the software.
