Ninjatrader Importing

I have exported tick data from the dashboard and now i want to import the same into Ninja 7. Can you guys write a post detailing the procedure just like you have done for Ami. Make sure that imported data can be seen in all timeframes. There are posts on the internet for this but in case if you can simplify that and write a blog post, itll be nice.
