I am using NT8. The data from 12:45 PM to 12:51 PM today, Dec 3 2018, is missing. CTRL+SHIFT+R did not work.
How can I backfill this data???
I have thrice written to chat support. Every time they have disconnected the chat.

We would be updating the data post market hours as the data is stored in memory.

I have restarted both Velocity and NT8. However it still did not backfill. CTRL+SHIFT+R is also not helpful. Is there something else I need to do?

You need to open Velocity and first 'Update from Feed'. after that is done, please 'Reload historical Data' in Ninja.
