Can Velocity data feed support Metastock XV EoD version?

Hi,

I am having a peculiar issue which is preventing me from subscribing to your data feed though I would like to desperately. I have been a Metastock (v15 EoD version) user for many years and currently Viratech provides me with the data feed. I want to get real-time data feed into NT8 and simultaneously be able to use the same data feed in Metastock to do my positional / cash equity analysis. I don't want to pay for 2 data feeds. Is it something that you can work out to help me? I would then go for annual subscription immediately.

With TrueData Velocity you would be able to send the data to NinjaTrader 7, NinjaTrader8 & also Metastock. The Metastock version is Real-time but the EOD data also flows in. You can do your EOD analysis in Metastock, too just like your MetaStock EOD version. Please avail a free trial of our services to see if it works for you.

Hi Aditya,

Thanks for your response. I did check with your customer support earlier and they informed it will work only with MS Real-time version and not EoD version. Also I would require some help from your customer service to get the configuration going in Metastock, since I have loads of charts / templates / indicators (custom) that needs to be backed up or be put in synch with the new data source. Is it something that can be provided from your end?

Yes, it will work with Metastock RT only.
We can help you with the data feed set up for MCX & NT7/8 or even Amibroker & Excel. We do this all day long. Please contact during working hours. Once your data feed is connected and you have used it for a few days (Trial period) you can start moving your indicators etc.
