Yes, the Velocity is limiting you to backfill upto 50 symbols, since you have opted for Velocity Standard plan which has the symbol limit of 50.
You can always upgrade to Optima plan which has 200 symbols limit or you can also opt for Add-On symbols of 50, 100 or 200 with your existing Standard plan to increase the symbols limit.
