Shreyansh - This error comes in NinjaTrader 8 when your Windows Operating System is missing the updated Microsoft Redistribution file.
Please download the file using the below link (make sure Velocity and NinjaTrader 8 both are closed) and install it.
After installing the same, start Velocity first and wait until the Red ICON Turns Green - then start NT8 and it would work fine.
