Regarding velocity payment

Hi Team,

I really enjoyed working with API trial and was interested in subscribing to it but my requirement is NSE F&O + Corporate Data with a budget of 4k per month, which when I discussed, found it is way too much out of my league, so eventually I am dropping the plan of subscribing it.

Also, previous unknowingly about its feature of velocity standard I bought it with a total capital of ~3.7k( NSE EQ & FO) but later when talked to the team found in Mac it does not work, require VPN and secondly it is a sort of plug-in for charts, so if possible I would be grateful if you can refund me that amount as it is a generous amount of money which I need for subscription of other API for my learning perspective.

Would be grateful if you accept my request and do the needful.
